About Me

Hi, my name is Khoa Le, and I’m excited to be in EDCI 335 this term. I’m in the BCOM program at UVic and currently in my second year. I moved to Canada from Vietnam when I was 10, and growing up in a new country really changed the way I think about learning and adapting. I’ve always been interested in how technology can change the way we learn and teach.
I decided to take this course because I really want to learn more about how to design learning experiences using technology. I’m curious about how different digital tools can actually make learning more inclusive for everyone. I’m especially interested in practical ways to use things like AI, multimedia, and interactive design to make lessons more engaging and help people think more critically. I’m hoping that by the end of this course, I’ll have a better understanding of how to create learning experiences that are not only fun and interesting but also actually help people understand and retain information better.
Academically, I enjoy analytical thinking and exploring digital systems, and I like activities that push me to think deeply and build skills I can actually use outside of school. Outside of class, I spend my time playing strategy games and working on problem-solving projects. These hobbies helped me focused on work with being creative and trying new things.
I’m looking forward to learning with everyone this term.
