Peer Response #1 – Harmony
I really liked reading Blog Post #1 about learning German through online tools. I thought it was interesting how you connected your own experience to the parts of the course design that affected your motivation, especially the lack of interaction and feedback. It makes sense that it would be harder to stay engaged without those things. Your post really shows how important feedback and connection are in online learning.
I also agree that asynchronous platforms can feel isolating when there are not clear ways to interact with others or get feedback. Even small things like discussion boards or regular check ins could make a big difference. A weekly reflection or group activity might have helped you feel more connected and motivated.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It added a real and thoughtful perspective on how course design impacts motivation.
